It is slow going with demo recording. Every time we get close to a good mix there is something that changes in our setup. It is a process. On another note we have been looking into our collective archives of music and found many diamonds in the rough. What does this mean for the new CD you ask? While we are now looking at a wider range of songs to choose from there are enough songs to make two themed CD’s for “Days of Wine and Roses”. One thought is to do it all now and release a double CD while another is to hold off and use the music for a reprise CD. All this said, we also have songs for two additional separate releases… without giving away too much, one CD would be a bit darker while the other more uplifting. There is just so much on our plate right now. Did I also mention that the first CD entitled “My Soul” has songs that were meant to be full band recordings but at the time we could only do them acoustically… I feel a presence that I haven’t felt since… sorry I got side tracked.
